I'm Caitlin O'Toole, an Art Director based in Auckland. I’m obsessed with going deeper to uncover the hidden treasure that makes things stand apart.

I've always been naturally curious, drawn to looking closer, and now I spend my days helping brands create something worth looking closer at. Building an ecosystem is what makes something memorable, its depth and detail; the depth of what drives us, and the details that signify intention. In a world moving faster than ever, where trend has become strategy, this commitment to intention has become rare. When you experience it, you can’t look away because you recognise the authenticity it embodies. It’s these projects, ideas and brands that are worth building, working with, and supporting beyond a season.

Over the years I've worked across the full creative loop, from strategy to execution. I've worked as a co-founder applying the creative vision, and then moved on to share this experience with other founder-led NZ brands on international trajectories in the beauty, lifestyle and wellness spaces — brands that are stocked in Harrods, featured in Vogue and Elle, and built communities that endure even today. My drive to take work from concept to execution comes from a belief that ideas deserve to be built as close to their original heart as possible, with whoever it takes to get them there.
